I’m incredibly blessed to get the opportunity to photograph Pittsburgh Steelers Ryan Clark and his ever so amazingly beautiful family ever year. There really just arent enough adjectives to describe how fun and awesome and gorgeous they are. Love you guys!!

I first found out about Depression Couture a few years back when a client came in for a photo shoot wearing the most adorable skirt I had ever seen. I got the name of the designer, went to a little holiday open house and ended up buying 3 skirts for myself and THE most amazing jacket. I was hooked. Kat and I have always said about shooting together but the stars just never seemed to line up, until now. Depression Couture is unique in that its make from all recycled materials – from textile industry discards to finds at a goodwill store then sewn together to create the most beautiful clothing for girls and women!! And she’s a Pittsburgh gal on top of all that goodness!!!

Everything from the hat to the jacket to the legwarmers to the details on the back of the sweaters are all made from recycled materials. So incredible. and so so beautiful.

Ive been so incredibly fortunate over the last few months getting to work with some amazing brands. This shoot was for a clothing company out of Finland called BEIBAMBOO.. This unique design offers 50% bamboo, 50% cotton interlock fabric. The designs can be used for a longer time than other brands, because of their built-in size adjustment possibility. This means that you won’t need to purchase them as often. As your baby grows, you just move to the 2nd row of snaps!! The sleeves and trouser legs can be folded as needed. In the smallest sizes you’ll find a fold over mitt, both in the baby grow and the all-in-one and the sleep-pod. The mitt is handy for preventing your baby from scratching herself with sharp nails. The all-in-one also has fold over foot warmers. And the super unique idea with these clothes is that all the labels, zippers and tags are on the OUTSIDE! Nothing to scratch or irritate baby’s skin.
