I love family images.. the ones that are so spontaneous and unprovoked. This mom really truly thought we werent going to get anything. She was swinging in and out of harsh light..and as she would swing IN (out of this horrible harsh light) I’d snap. It worked. Little dude loved it -he gave a clap and smile and well..
As I was looking through the images of her and her son.. It really made me wish I had something like this of my own kids. I dont. I have one - (THANK YOU PAM )of me and my little guy. But nothing of me and both my boys. Its hard to take pics when you are always on THIS side of the camera… My goal this summer, God willing, is to get some photos of me and my boys… I may have to pay my kids in webkinz and $$ but I think it will be well worth it to have a shot like this hanging in my home.

oh my gosh…i totally wish i had an image like this with my girls when they were this age. awesome flare and oh my gosh the mommy looks fantastic and happy. she’ll always look at this image and remember how little & sweet her baby was then.

its sooo prefect!!!!! I too am another that has nothing of me with both my boys, I would absoloutely treasure an image this this. Great stuff Kathy!

I just love this image. The joy on both of their faces brought a smile to my face. I too would love an image like this with my kids. I am sure she will be ecstatic.
