my boys

My oldest son has been home all week on spring break. I have to selfishly admit – I love it. I’m so glad that he’s adjusted well in college and doing well, (and glad that I finally adjusted to him being away) – but it sure is nice to have him at home. Funny, how I still “check in” on both boys in their beds before finally going to bed myself at night…. strange how no matter how old they get, some things never change – they are always your “little” boys. My oldest little boy turned 19 today and while I did have to bride my youngest with a new Webkinz, they allowed me to take a few photos of them together before going back to school. ***SIGH*** they melt my heart when they are together.

I’m going to be out of town from March 16-21st at a photographers convention (see the news section for details)…but will probably log onto my blog 1000x via my iphone to take a look at this photo while I’m gone.

April - Kathy, this is such a great b/w conversion. I love the attachment your youngest has on his bub. Mine idolizes his as well and you can clearly see he’s a ‘cool’ big brother to have :-)
Have a great time this week. Wish I was attending a convention, you’ll have to live it up for me too :D

PamN - I always feel like their birthdays are MY days. because its so easy to remember how happy I was at their births! This is a great “present” for you!

A very good looking duo of boys you have here. They are so handsome. I still cannot believe you have a 19 year old. You look way to young for that to be the case. It was great hanging out with you this week. Love this image and your work.
